New VAT report form for foreign companies

A new draft of the Federal Tax Service of Russia will come into force in September. Now there will be a special tax return for the VAT report for foreign companies that provide services in electronic form. All forms, rules and procedures for filling them out will be presented on the website of the Federal Tax Service.

The innovations are related to the renewal of the EAEU treaty – new rules for indirect taxes were established. The innovations in the documents relate only to those services that will be provided by foreign companies from the EAEU countries in electronic format. The law concerns taxpayers of one state providing services to a taxpayer of another state and individuals who are not sole proprietors.
